N.B.	s. 55.25: "Where an inspector believes on reasonable grounds that there is an establishment contemplated in section 30 an infirm animal or an animal affected with a contagious or parasitic disease, he may prohibit the sale of the animal and confiscate it to have it destroyed at the expense of the person having possession of it, as the Minister may       direct".
